Photographic process VI – you can’t predict everything

Despite all the planning in the world, and any pre-conceived ideas one may have before a shoot, the fantastic thing about shooting outdoors with variable often very transient light, variable backgrounds and the input of models, is that you usually come away with imagery that was not on your radar.

This is what I love about outdoor nude shoots – allowing the model to work with your basic concept and take it to places that were not necessarily on the plan.
